School Improvement Plan

Our school strategic plan has been written in order to aid our continued development and ensure our continued capacity to improve. The SDP is written by the schools SLT and governors and shared with all staff.

This part of our plan reflects our shared views about learning and our school vision. This year there are four main priorities which focus on the quality of teaching, learning, leadership and management, personal development and behaviours and attitudes .
