Partnerships with Parents

The views of parents and carers are always welcomed.  There are opportunities for parents to make suggestions or comments every day as you will always find key members of staff "on the gate" at the beginning and end of school.  We also offer the opportunity to give feedback  through more formal questionnaires sent home during the school year.

Parents are informed of children’s progress through termly Parent Consultation meetings as well as at ongoing informal opportunities. You are always welcome to come in and see your child's teacher.

There are many occasions when parents are invited into school, including curriculum meetings, Christmas concerts, Sports Day and other information sessions. 

Parents are kept informed about school activities through the website, weekly newsletters, notices and curriculum newsletters. We also use email and text messaging to provide information updates and are developing our use of Twitter and Facebook.
